Paul Hollywood's Bread



I think like everyone else I am addicted to this show.  I have to get rid of the breadmaker and do it properly!  I am being put to shame!

    My other half was given the book as an Easter gift. He has been making fabulous bread ever since. [I am keeping the breadmaker though - there will be moments when we don't have the time to knead!]
